I paid through PayPal immediately upon purchase. No communication from seller, other than their request for feedback, but the item had not arrived at the time of their request, nor was there any indication of having been shipped... And this was a month after purchase. No answers to any of my messages. Submitted a claim through eBay and got a refund.

Old Bait and Switch routine from India. Part shown in photo is OEM part. Part delivered is knock off. Knock off part did not have welded angle reinforcements on the inner flanges to stiffen the attachment flanges. Knock off had one of the studs welded several degrees off from perpendicular. All three studs had damaged threads. I had to straighten the angled stud to align with holes in rim, and had to chase the threads on all of the studs. Knock off came with three knock off lug nuts.
