I purchased the Catzilla mug, originally one of 4 identical mugs offered, based on the photos however when the seller went to package the mug it was realized the mug in the photo had been sold. I was immediately contacted and offered either a refund or to purchase the remaining mug after viewing photos the seller included with the notification . Sadly, the mug had a flaw and I received a full refund. Although I didn’t get my mug it was still a very positive experience
