Unfortunately, the box got smashed up in shipping, so despite great packing the unit was broken (front panel detached, loose parts rattling in the enclosure). I uploaded the photos of the damage, and the seller called me back immediately. We had a great conversation, mourned the untimely loss of a great instrument, and he immediately issued a full refund. The seller was very gracious and understanding when I informed him the item would not power up, and he suggested I open it up and look for proper connections. I found one ribbon cable that was unseated during shipping, and that was the issue. The seller offered discounts on further purchases, which was very welcome. Oustanding seller!

There were a few punctures in the antistatic bags from the pins being Pressed against but overall they seem intact and I expect them to work and the delivery time was quick at what overall could be considered an good price
