The seller states that I am owed a refund but has never issued one. Tracking says delivery is from the United States Post Office, but tracking says DHL, starting from Irving, TX. The seller says they are located in Israel. This was a waste of time to order and pay for something that was never to be delivered. I need a refund. Who will issue a refund now? I am owed $30.15. seller is away until 9/8.
