  This Hermle clock was exactly as described and pictured, was well packaged, and delivered within the estimated time frame. This item was also a great value, as an authentic wind-up, mechanical, chiming Hermle mantle clock would normally cost between $400-$1100 and this was a fraction of the cost. I also contacted the seller with a question and they promptly responded within 15 minutes with an answer (which convinced me to purchase their clock.) Would strongly recommend this seller to others.

  Great, as described and good value, shipping was wonky but that was canada post's fault not the sellers. Well packaged and was exactly what I wanted and asked for. Did send out the package the next day from the order (which is fair as it was a friday). Lens is exactly as indicated.

  Unfortunately UPS told me the turntable was lost but after they found it and delivered it, it had clearly been dropped and severely damaged. I took lots of pictures and forwarded them to the seller. The seller acted extremely professionally professionally and never became defense or tried to ignore me.
