Shipment of the books was swift and in a sturdy parcel, in which the items were well wrapped in protective materials. Books were exactly as described and with new Brodart dust jacket covers. Mint condition. Books were packaged with care and were well protected.   Though this had a disappointing ending as the book I had ordered was actually unavailable, I wanted to compliment the seller on two items. First, when they went out of town, they notified me delivery would be held up for a few days, so I wasn't left hanging why hasn't it shipped. The second when it was discovered the book was unavailable, they refunded my money in a timely fashion. I appreciate that kind of customer service.
