  Item arrived in very bad conditions. It looks used, but as soon as I notified seller, refund was issued immediately without questions. Seller opted to not have item returned. I was disappointed that the item was defective, but I got the refund immediately, for that alone I am giving this seller a good review & marking it neutral it's probably the right thing to do.
