Venditore molto serio e comprensivo delle varie problematiche della clientela: durante la procedura di attivazione della restituzione, era comparso un indirizzo di recapito della Cina. Contattato il venditore che sostituiva l'indirizzo Cinese con uno riferito alla città di Brema in Germania. tale decisione mi ha fatto risparmiare almeno €150 di spedizione. Inoltre ha proceduto a rimborsare l'intero importo pagato per l'oggetto entro due gg lavorativi dal, come aveva dichiarato in precedenza.
