They were very helpful to me and did what they could to help me with shipping faster if I needed it ! I can say that there easy deal with and have better prices than most all others. We all know most all replacement parts are made by 1 corp. How manny hands it goes through makes the price higher. This is a great quality looking part just like the more expensive ones. Prompt response from seller. I installed the board an hour ago and it seems to be working as advertised (fan was surging after passing a bench test). Will check back in if there are any issues but currently I am thrilled with the results. Frigidaire discontinued the part for my fridge so I had to find an affordable alternative and this appears to have done the trick! Saved me from having to buy (and find) a $250 dollar harness or a whole new fridge.
