    The compressor was not properly shipped. It should have been shipped in a larger carton with the proper protection. It was shipped in it's own box and the box was damaged, it appeared that the compressor had fallen out of its package and been retaped . The styrofoam protection in the original package was severely damaged and partially missing. Unfortunately I will not know if the compressor is still functional until I install it.
