PREDATORY SELLER. Item listed as fully operational and functions as as intended, but defective. (listed as "Used", but should have tested it or listed as "For parts or not working"); Sold the item for a low price but gouged shipping ($86 for an item weighing under 14lbs). I tried to work with him on a reasonable settlement; he refused. Unless you wish to throw good money away, I'd avoid him like the plague. This is his 2nd negative feedback in under 30 days and his 3rd in less than 6 months.

Currently Under Investigation by eBay: Seller admits to unauthorized minor child making purchase and receiving item. Wants seller to make up the financial loss incurred by misuse of account by unauthorized user.

Ebay indicates no "investigation is underway". No "unauthorized minor child" "misused" my account (see eBay's rules on minor's using eBay. TLDR: totally fine if the account owner allows it, as I did for my niece). This seller is a liar, and has violated eBay's policy regarding buyer feedback. Upon reaching out to eBay to confirm that no "investigation" is underway, I followed eBay's recommendation and reported him. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN. PREDATORY SELLER.
