Due to the overwhelming amount of fraudulent activity and to protect myself against frivolous claims, I no longer conduct business with anyone residing in the state of California (and) reserve the right to cancel any purchase made by anyone who resides in that state.

Furthermore, I also record all serial numbers and extensively photograph every item I sell prior to listing it for sale. This ensures accurate documentation for all transactions and reduces fraudulent claims made by dishonest and unethical buyers. By purchasing from my store, you acknowledge that I will use this information to verify claims, prevent fraudulent returns, or address disputes alleging an item was “not as described”.
