  Bauletto inviato senza i segni indicati. Tuttavia mettendo in dubbio l'imballo non abbastanza protettivo, abbiamo accettato il reso a nostro carico ed abbiamo fatto il rimborso completo. Le abbiamo fornito più volte l'etichetta di reso, inizialmente le abbiamo mandato etichetta con presa diretta su indirizzo e successivamente fatta nuova etichetta per la posta, per sua preferenza.
