The plush is in good quality and has all its tags for those who like that. Shipping time was a reasonable amount of time despite being so far. Communication was good and frequent updates about shipping the item. A good price for an item that is not currently available in the states especially without additional shipping tax. Also complementary tissues and coupon came with package which were very nice.
