  I had a very bad experience with ebay in the past, this time I was expecting the same, because the delivery day pass and received my order my order four day later.   Big purchase for us. Shipping was fast. One handle had a crack as a result of handling during shipping, but seller responded immediately and shipped a replacement part right away. It's well built, cook kettle is stainless, everything is heavy duty. It came with an extra gasket! Everything appears to function as intended. We cooked with it tonight and we're pleased with the results for our first fried chicken. Overall a great transaction.

  Difficult experience with the seller: lack of adequate support. The 3-roller mill arrived without any instructions. The knife on the collecting device that touches the 3rd roller and is suppose to collect the product, chipped on the first round and metal debris from it scratched both of them. Seller will not replace them. Second knife did the same and contaminated my product. Incomplete instruction video came after I insisted, but too late. It’s been a month and issue still pending.

  The machine has operation videos and picture instructions. I have sent you the electronic version. Please don't distort the facts. I have sent you many solutions. I can also send screenshots of the chat. If you really don't know how to use it, we can give you labal and you can return the product. You don't want to return the machine either.
