I did try to contact the seller for help first..As what I received I was not at all happy with. It was not as advertised. As an avid LOL collector it ruined my daughters Xmas to open what turned out to be fraudulent dolls.I even sent photos to the seller. Instead of offering to make it right or even an apology the seller argued with me and told me I was wrong and I got exactly what I purchased. If that were true, I wouldn’t be complaining.as I thought I was buying working instruments and didn’t.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! I purchased a Squishmallow from this seller because I saw all positive reviews. My son opened the box on Christmas & the item was shrinked wrapped. I did not open the shrink wrap until New Year Eve as I had to purge his room from toys. When I opened it, it had 2 large stains and damage by the nose. I contacted the seller with pics & they are not taking any responsibility. They must have sold multiple squishmallows & showed pictures of a different one. CRIMINALS!
