    I love these boots! They are exactly as appeared in the photo and in excellent condition. Arrived in a timely manner. Packaging was adequate (surprised to see in an envelope but they folded up small. Good value for an almost brand new pair of boots - that are nicely soft and worn in.

    Advised shipping was done and when I asked where my delivery was nearly 2 weeks after purchase, I received a refund without any other communication. Why say you’re selling something, charge me and then not follow up?! I would have just ordered elsewhere as I’m no completely out. Annoying.
