  I have worked with this seller for 32 days now, and still no package. The post office says it's the sellers problem, due to lack of postage. As of today , I am canceling my order and would like a full refund.

  I worked with the buyer. I contacted the Area USPS customer service. I was told postage was right and besides Ebay has a program with USPS. USPS will charge your ebay account for the extra postage. I was asked what was in the package? I replied a necklace. The USPS rep said "The receiver of package has had suspicous packages delivered and their USPS packages are being monitored". I cannot be held responsible for the USPS. Refund was issued the same day as claim filed.
