Well I recieved a Magnalite 4007 from this seller. When it arrived it was broken. It was packaged very very well but it looked like it got hit very hard on the side, breaking it. This seller gave me a full refund immediatley and because of their customer service they are the only seller I now have saved in my favorite seller list.
