The item arrived in great condition. It arrived later than expected because it got delivered to the wrong address. Not their problem, but I did contact them and let them know that I never received the item, and after reporting the problem to Fedex, the person who received my item returned it to the UPS store I receive my packages from. The laptops look almost brand new and were packaged very professionally. Great job!!
