    The item was packaged excellently and with great care, arriving in even better condition than I had expected. Communication with the seller has been among the absolute best out of anyone. While I was confused regarding the lack of a male-to-male 3.5 mm cable, the description didn't necessarily state one would be included outside of the specifications listed, and the images did seem to show what came with the product as advertised. Great value all-in-all, and no real issues with the shipping.

    Seller dis a great job packaging, lots of bubble wrap for protection. Price to performance gives the great value. Shipping was time was ok but that's out of the sellers control. Item is as described, the laptop looked essentially brand new except a little paint coming off the lid which was shown in the pictures.
