Just after placing my order, I discovered the wrong model number was accidently selected. I contacted the seller immediately. Even though it was a long weekend, they replied within the day. They advised to cancel the order and they will refund me. And then redo the order if I still wanted to go ahead with it. The refund was already processed by the time I had logged back in - all in less than 24 hours. I'm very happy with the quick response and refund. I would highly recommend this seller.

Very attractive, quality case though the postage people are abysmal to deal with. They say they "attempted" to deliver the parcel, despite me being home all day, then drop it in the letterbox after 6.00pm with no message or notification at all. The seller has been excellent but SpeedPak leaves a lot to be desired. This is the second case I've purchased from this seller, both are really good, but both had the same experience with the delivery people.
