    Absolutely wonderful experience with this seller; it came unimaginably quick (though granted, I am in a nearby state) and was well packaged. The product was still vacuum-sealed and in tip-top condition except for a tiny little rip in the digipak, but I don't think that's the seller's fault. Super fast shipping for a great price; would highly recommend this seller!

    Very good seller and answers queries prior to the purchase. Although the paper envelop used to ship the 2 DVD Box Sets I ordered arrived in New Zealand heavily dented and crumpled, luckily the DVD Box Sets inside were not crushed. Just a minor scuff mark in one Box Set. I just didn't bother to let the seller know given how minor the issue is. It could have been a lot worse~

    I am a Serious Collector from New Zealand and a long time eBay Client. I have great relationships with many Reputable Sellers/Merchants here on eBay and elsewhere. However, I am shocked and surprised to discover that this seller, AUSTIN DVD STORE, has blocked me for no apparent reason. This is after I made a simple query about one of their listings, was ignored and didn't get a reply. It is very odd indeed and quite unbecoming of a supposed professional eBay merchant.
