  Right out the gate I was a bit nervous after reading off ebay reviews. But other than some lacking internal communication on their side when it came to on and off ebay purchases, they did very well. After they received it, they had it in the mail back to me in two weeks. After that I had it in my hands in less than a week. So I'd say about a 30 day turn around from the day I sent it off. As of right now I've installed the ecm in my truck, but can't fully test it until I get a new tune for it.
