  The seller denies adding a false tracking number although when I contacted Ebay they said they did not enter any numbers into tracking field… the result was that I ended up phoning the post office many times chasing up the delivery, the postal reference number I provided was meaningless to them, they had no deliveries scheduled for my address so I ended up wasting a lot of time and bought elsewhere. Seller communication not good.

  The item simply got lost in the post, a postage reference was added to the order, no one asked you to call ebay or Royal Mail and we responded to all your messages in a timely manner.
