  Delivered to my home another radiator the afternoon after I complained the one sent was damaged and took nearly 2 weeks to deliver. We spoke late last night and he was here today at lunchtime. I was worried because a notice said they were on holidays but regardless he responded quickly, was very friendly, courteous & made the time to deliver personally before they went away. The damage & delay with delivery were entirely the fault of Australia Post.
