Was sent the wrong item. The resolution took 28 days. All the while the held my money. Would not send the right item and after weeks of asking for the right pool pump to be sent. They update me that they have no stock. Yes they did refund me. However they held my money hostage for 28 days. And in the end never shipped the pump. Which took my pool down for a month. In 20 years on eBay. This is the worst experience I have had. I never leave a negative. This is my first one
