Item broken, Seller offers NO discount, Seller offers refund, but NEVER offers to pay for shipping to return item, for packing costs, or shipping costs to ship broken item back to Seller. Seller should have disclosed item was defective and not working in the first place. Furthermore, I need to take a vacation day from work to spend at the post office shipping broken item back to Seller? VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! What child wants to play with a broken ventriloquist doll?
