Dealing with this seller was an absolute waste of my time. To start, I had to wait for days while they falsely claimed the item had been shipped. Then, they had the audacity to inform me that the item was out of stock, which was clearly a lie. I reluctantly accepted their offer of an alternative, but that led to even more days of waiting in vain. Eventually, they issued a refund, but my valuable time had already been squandered. I had no choice but to leave negative feedback.

Arrived after some delay with an unusual shipper -- although perhaps that is par for India. Well enough packed, although box arrived somewhat crushed. All that said, the chess pieces were undamaged and every bit as nice as the pictures in the listing.
