  Took a very long time to arrive but item were well packaged in a bubble wrap type envelope . Communication with seller was good . Seller reassured me product was on the way even though it took a long time it was only coming from France to the UK. Seller kept me informed but never offered a replacement if items did not arrive which given they are a low price item I think seller could have but really they came like seller. said they would can't really ask for more than that .
