I paid $6.99 for product plus $4.99 for shipping for a total of $10.31. Had to return but they supplied the label which I could of shipped myself for much cheaper. So $4.99 was deducted from the $6.99. Only received $2.99 back for a refund. Should of received $5.32 as a refund.

Product price was $6.99 and shipping/packaging was $4.99, for a total purchase price of $11.98. Customer "Changed Mind" and decided to return item. Per Policy on Buyer Faulted returns, the original outbound shipping/packaging and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We refunded the full item price of $6.99 once the item was returned. Ebay provided the label and deducted the return shipping. We are very sorry, but the shipping carriers do not refund shipping/packaging cost
