  I was sent the wrong item without being given a chance to cancel the order. The seller knew it was the wrong item and sent anyway. After contacting the seller I was given a $5 credit -- not enough to cover the difference between the item sent and the item ordered.

  Dear Diane, you could return the item if you would like but you didn't do that! You said to me via eBay message, "Would you please offer some compensation for the inconvenience of having to adapt the wrong size brackets to our needs." In such a situation, I honored you with a $5 refund by my ability from my end. But you left a negative feedback after getting the $5 refund!! Please review this issue and remove the negative feedback asap. Thanks,
