    I gave this this item a second chance after the first purchase went wrong. I ordered a 2XL with the understanding I was receiving a Gildan Brand sweatshirt. Instead I received a 3XL in a different sweatshirt manufacturer. I reached out to the customer to see how they wanted to handle this situation. For the second time the customer failed. They never even responded to my message! This seller should not be allowed to sell on Ebay! There customer service is horrible!

    We told you after the first order we wouldn't guarantee the brand preference and you ordered anyway. Not sure why you felt the need to order again just to leave another negative feedback. We have blocked this buyer for abuse of the return process.
