  Just wanted to say that the customer service with this seller was fantastic. Unfortunately the delivery company damaged my item and sent it back to the seller. They emailed me first advising me of the delivery company's mistake informing me of they would send a bee item out. I needed the item that week so they offered me a refund straight away and I got the item elsewhere. Great fast responses, lovely polite emails and great customer satisfaction.

  The seller was let down badly by the delivery courier, Evri. After nearly 3 weeks the item still shows no movement, and the Item never has arrived to date. The seller acted very quickly, offered me, and processed a full refund. In addition, supplied me a discount voucher to use on my next purchase. The seller come up trumps, and deservers 5***** rating/feedback, Highly recommended Ebayer.

  Unfortunately this brace was too small for me. I contacted the seller and he replied immediately offering a small refund and suggesting I keep the brace rather than return it. However I preferred the whole refund less the small postage cost. This was completed very satisfactorily. I can certainly recommend this seller as communication was excellent. I advise anyone thinking of buying this brace to ask what the size is. I should have done this and it’s not the seller’s fault I didn’t ask.

  The item that I received was unfortunately damaged. The seller worked very hard to resolve this, firstly by offering a partial refund. Ultimately however, they agreed to send me a replacement which I am now waiting for. The seller remained in regular contact to try to resolve this issue and I am grateful to them for that.
