  Takara Tomy Chikawa Daisuki Licca-Chan LD-08 Collaboration Doll from Japan arrived in as described new condition. This doll is the cutest and pricing was good! The international seller packed the doll with care and I received it very fast for international shipping with a couple little dings. Seller communication was great! Not only did they create a separate product page for this to be able to ship to Canada, but they shipped with incredibly fast shipping to be able to receive it in time for my partners birthday only a few DAYS to get Canada from Japan.   One of the best vendors out there; BambooJAPAN has exemplified exceptional customer service. The vendor shipped the item promptly and communicated respectfully throughout the transaction. The item was packed in bubble wrap, inside a brown shipper box. There was an additional origami crane that the vendor provided as a token of appreciation, which is a nice touch.

  Everything in my order was packaged well and there was no physical damage to anything. All the products worked properly. The shipping was pretty fast considering it was coming all the way from Japan to the USA. I did have an issue with one of my products not working initially, and the seller was very responsive and willing to help resolve my issue, until I later on fixed the product myself. Overall a great seller and would highly recommend!
