    Placed order and paid, waited three days for dispatch and then order was inexplicably cancelled. This has never happened in the 22 years I have been buying and selling on ebay. I did message the vendor to ascertain the availability and the issue with the order but received no response. Their loss.

    Not quite the whole truth. buyer placed and paid for the order, unfortunately the delivery address given does not exist! after checking with royal mail, evri, dpd, yodel and dhl, none of them could supply a shipping label to a non existent address. the order was refunded the day after purchase, with the reason, (problem with buyers address!) an explanation was also given at this time. the only loss to us would have been the item if we had of shipped it!

    Bought one of these, arrived and fitted fine, didn't last. Tried to tell me that it was my vehicles fault rather than an issue with the refurb. So I have now ordered a new one at significantly more that the refurb price, but I'd rather trust that than this. Not interested in excuses, if there were other things I should check then they should have told me in advance. Simple customer service in my opinion. Don't believe it was the vehicle anyway as the fault was, and continues to be, on and off.

    purchased an outright switch not a recon, 4 months later we purchased your original supposedly faulty switch that had nothing wrong with it. i asked for some basic diagnostic information to confirm and try and assist, battery voltage and fault codes stored in your ecu. your reply was that the battery was fine and your obd tool said there were no faults even though your vehicle is clearly indicating otherwise. you can not see it being anything other than the switch??? can not help some people.
