    Item in perfect condition, as described and well packaged. The only problem is that the seller states that they use Royal Mail Tracked 48, which is why I chose this seller, cos I have problems with other delivery services because of where I live. They actually dispatched my item with Yodel, which has caused problems. I have my item now, but could have done without the carry on.

    Ordered two different colours in the notes when ordering and two colours the same were received. Contacted the seller and they resolved this by sending a new separate colour pill box to help my elderly relative differentiate the difference in their tablets which is crucial. It was very much appreciated to get this resolved by the seller 👍🏼

    Only one needle has a large eye, unlike the description which states "big eye tapestry sewing NEEDLES" note the plural word needleS. The contact with them was unpleasant they were obviously having a battle from the outset, going to you first before contacting me. They made the error on getting my order wrong and justified it as "a genuine error". If this is the way a customer is treated, i will avoid ebay at all costs and go to Amazon as recommended by the vast majority of people I know.
