    To the seller’s credit, the item is new and unopened, per the listing and description. However, shipping it in an unpadded yellow mailing envelope didn’t do it any favors, as the journey (presumably) delivered it in a less-than-new condition. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, in that we got what we ordered. But a little more consideration to shipping and handling would have been nice.
