  The first set of valves I received were badly packaged and looked to be damaged in transit. I contacted the seller and provided photos. The seller sent a well packaged replacement set. These look very smart and match well the items as described and illustrated in the listing.

  The packaged arrived on time and was very well packaged. Unfortunately one of the items was broken. Contacted the seller who is providing a replacement. The item was fragile and had several wrappings around it. None of the outer wrappings showed any damage. For the price charged for the item I feel it was great value and it appears to be of good quality .

  Good quality & value for money. Delivered in good condition. Appearance excellent given it was so reasonably priced. As others have said delivery wasn’t great. Item showed as despatched but not delivered in time frame & tracking didn’t show until day of delivery. Driver didn’t even knock on our door. Just left 5 packages outside. I’d change your delivery company for what would then be a perfect transaction.

  The item was despatched by the seller the same day it was ordered. The Evri Courier attended my home address & due to no-one being at home it was not left Arrangements were made for it to be taken to a drop box 2 days later. After 2 weeks this has still not taken place & the item is still shown as being out for delivery. Evri have been contacted on several occasions via their chat box. Total waste of time as they NEVER respond despite promises to do so in 24hrs. Refund provided by seller.
