It doesn’t fit but I will give it to someone, Lulus does tend to run small so that’s my fault. Excellent communication from the seller!     This T-shirt is VERY cute! The pics didn't do [it] justice. It is in excellent, flawless condition and very well made. I bought this for Halloween Month (October) but the weather has been staying warn til almost December, of late - so I'll start wearing this in September through November It's exactly as described.
