  A few days after ordering the item, the seller contacted me saying that the copy was unavailable but they could send me a different copy of the same movie (different year/version) or a refund. I've opted for the refund and resolved the issue easily. Even if I didn't get the item, I would definitely deal with this seller again. They informed me of the situation in a timely manner, without it getting to the point where I'd have to contact them to ask where the item is at. A++++ to the seller!
