    I hate to give negative feedback as I am an Ebay seller myself, but no shipping label was created after more than a week and was told by Ebay that the seller refused to cancel my order. I had to put in for a refund after several days, which I got. Recently the seller had some temporary issues a few months ago and was apologetic to buyers under reviews about unfulfilled orders but that seemed to have been resolved in recent months given better reviews so I gave them a chance. Oh well.

    I ordered an item that I never got. I have reached out several times and left messages to the seller and never got a response back to fix this issue. It has been over a month now since I placed my order with the seller. I have now had to have eBay step in to refund my money. Will never buy from this seller again!!!!

    Hello! Sorry for the issue with reply. We had closed the store for a few months due to a big move and were not aware of the issue/messages. We did issue a full refund for this order.
