Seller shipped incorrect item. Would not accept return even though it is advertised as returnable on the Ebay site. Repeated efforts to get the seller to accept a return and to ship the correct item were never acknowledged. Instead, the seller kept offering a partial refund, 30% the first time, 50% the second time and a full refund the third time. Why not just ship the correct item? I am guessing because this is a Chinese seller masquerading as a Nebraska Ebayer!!!!! I would NOT do busines
