    Difficult & spiteful seller who is also a POOR SHIPPER & PACKAGER; left all-4 corners EXPOSED without any packaging material, put tray inside a box that was TOO LARGE so tray bounced around & 2 corners broke. She refuses to take responsibility; told ME to contact the PO for my refund & is hesitating sending me a retuen label. Told me "it had better arrive back to her in the manner it was shipped off" to me - how ridiculous when she knows it arrived to me BROKEN. She is not someone to buy from.

    What a nightmare! Unfortunately, this buyer could not be pleased, even with a full refund and several apologies. Unfortunately, packages get crushed in transit from time to time. I can assure you that I do pack my items very well. Please see my other feedbacks.
