. When I received this belt, it looked orange instead of tan. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly and offered me a prepaid shipping label so I could return it for a refund. I was sent the prepaid label immediately and chose to get a brown belt to replace the tan one. As soon as the seller received the tan belt, the brown belt was shipped and I received a tracking number. I received the brown belt in a timely fashion and it was exactly as described. Excellent customer service!
