  The seller does not respond to messages sent. After more than a week he cancelled my purchase without a valid reason and without having contacted me. I just lost 2 weeks of fishing in a short season for me.

  My Sincerest apologies for the delay in your fishing season. I had some issues with a (now former) employee neglecting to ship parts and then leaving me high and dry while I was away on vacation, after which I unfortunately had to refund you, as I wasn't able to fulfill the order. I take full responsibility for the mixup, and won't ask you to change your review, as it accurately represents your experience. I would like to apologize again and note that this is the only negative review I've gotten
