  I regret that I cannot provide a positive. A I raised this issue and submitted the tracking evidence showing that the delivery location was not correct, I expected the seller to acknowledge the mistake or at least show concern for the confusion caused. Instead, I received a message stating that the GPS coordinates confirm delivery and that the case is closed — with no apology, no willingness to verify the delivery with me directly, and no confirmation that the parcel was ever placed in my hands.

  Am familiar with this seller as I have bought a backpack from this seller in the past which I have worn out in four or five years of daily use! I hope this one lasts longer but I have back up as I bought two backpacks from rmwdeals this time. Always good to have back up. ;-) The bag came in a re-usable protective plastic bag and was well packaged anyway for delivery.
