Item never arrived by estimated date. Reached out to seller who replied saying they’ll contact the shipping company. THEN NEVER FOLLOWED UP AFTER REPEATED MESSAGES ASKING THEM FOR AN UPDATE. I specified I still wanted the item & didn’t want to open a case with eBay. THEY IGNORED ME. THIS ITEM IS STILL FOR SALE! DO NOT BUY IT! The seller provided a tracking number that mysteriously showed the item as eternally “on its way” to a sorting center. DON’T TRUST THIS SELLER. Only neutral bc I got refund

We tried to contact the shipping company to resolve the problem, but we couldn't hear back from the shipping company. I didn't get an answer from them that we were also solving the problem. Even if we tried to ship again, we couldn't ship again because this poster was very difficult to obtain. That's why we refunded it when you raised the issue.

This sale post is for the robe ONLY despite the item being listed with the word “photocards” and featuring a picture of the photocards alone in the last image. It is misleading to list the item in this way- there is NO need to feature the photocards. Item description states “all components included except membership cards” which should be further clarified to state “except membership photocards” to avoid any misunderstanding. That being said, I should have checked in with the seller beforehand.

No me mandaron nunca la guía hasta que la pedi por mensaje dos veces, despues nunca le dieron seguimiento a mi paquete, lo pedi en octubre, estamos en diciembre y aun no me llega, no tengo ni la mas minima idea de donde esta, desde noviembre no actualizan el paquete en la página de rastreo, solo dice que llego a la paquetería de destino y no dicen cuál es....

This is obviously more Casio's fault than this seller, but this watch does not look nearly as pink in real life. It is a very very slightly salmon pinkish silver colour in real life. (See pictures) Could be that I received the wrong item but i am not sure. Delivery was a couple of weeks early which was good as this came to the the UK from Korea.
