  As described or better, good strong heavy duty steel box in good condition with working keys, arrived in good condition though packing box was battered in transit, excellent for my application, USPS is significantly slower these days which is no fault of the seller but good to keep in mind if you need the reasonably prompt service USPS provided even fairly recently.
