I ordered 2 salt lamps. There is lots of dark deposits in them. With a light on they look dark and dirty/ugly. I will not buy a salt lamp from ebay again unless the seller offers to pay return shipping for satisfaction. Cost to send them back is not worth it. Here is what the seller responded: Hi So sorry you don't like them. They are our best sellers too. We accept returns within 60 days but you would be responsible for the shipping costs. Our product are 100% authentic and no two are alike.

Hey there. Not entirely true but still happy to help you. You stated that you just did not like your lamps and wanted to return them. We asked you to send us an image so we can see if there was damage or a defect. You failed send anything or even respond to our email. The item was listed as No Returns. if there is a product defect or damage we will 100% refund you or replace the item. We just need proof, not simply "we dont like it". Again, still here to help you but need you to respond
